I just installed my freshly bought pro installation - and I already miss an option for 'guest' user to identify himself by typing in some kind of nickname/e-mail. This would be specialy useful in 'support' mode where you really want to address your client by name, as well as know some data without pressing them to register.

Is it possible to save the image in a progile gallery of community builder component? Or save its in a folder, but not from front end, but in the code of jchat component

Hi Ivo,

for this purpouse has been added the feature of form to join chat. In this way guests can join chat specifying nickname, email and some info useful for agents in live support mode. Of course agents can see the guest info, for example to contact by mail. Morevoer in chat options every guest can change or choose a nickname at any time.
All is well explained in pdf documentation.

Best regards

John
